  Enhanced and supported the following Java based front-end websites that deliver back-end CICS transactions: www.proxyvote.com ?, www.investordelivery.com ? & www.ReorgAction.com ?. Enhanced and supported the use of file handlers to access the Electronic Delivery VSAM file for queries and updates to the preference file. This file handler is a called API used to improve efficiencies and to ensure data integrity from all CICS/DB2 and COBOL programs that access our preference database and can be used in Provider/Subscriber modes. Instrumental in the full SDLC process using SEI-CMM level 3 processes from the initial analysis, design, business specification, programming, testing through to the post-implementation of our E-delivery night cycle to facilitate the distribution of e-mails through our IronPort appliance, using industry best practices.
